Great experience. Personnel was very friendly, polite, and professional. Vittorio and Rabi really contributed to our good experience. Very tasty dinners, with fancy food and beautiful presentation for most of dishes. The Ester dinner was outstanding. Amazing wine card! Very nice spa, with sauna, steam room, salt room with swings, warm outside swimming pool.
There are a few minor remarks: some rooms are a bit old, but the hotel is being renovated and more modern rooms are available for higher price. For breakfast I was missing vegetables. Forks and knives were placed very close together, so a plate couldn't fit without moving the cutlery. The only dish with not a nice presentation that we had was roasted veel with potatoes. The rest of the dishes was very beautiful.

Staying is here is a MUST! The location is fabulous, the rooms and spa facilities are first class. But the best part of staying here is the incredible hospitality from Luca and his staff- nothing is ever too much to ask, they are efficient, warm and welcoming and all excellent at what they do.
We are SO glad we were able to come back and stay here after our stay was cut short by the pandemic in 2020.. and we will definitely be back again!
The best SPA center in Livigno, price-quality ratio is excellent. The SPA center is equipped with everything, as well as a perfect outdoor pool.
The restaurant is truly an amazing experience, sofisticated food and ambient. Booking is a must. Thumb ups for Alex, the somelier and the Sant Domingo waiter, forgot to ask his name.
Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Beautiful, recently upgraded hotel, wonderful facilities and the best of all - the amazing staff! Chiara, Patrizia and Luca went above and beyond to help us during out stay. We will definitely be back!
